At Danos & Curole, our commitment to safety is based on our vision to create a working environment that values the welfare of all our employees and instills ownership in the Safety Program. Danos & Curole has been recognized by the Department of the Interior, Minerals Management Service(MMS) for its commitment to safety and is a three-time winner of MMS's national SAFE award, has received numerous MMS district SAFE awards. Three Danos & Curole employees have received the prestigious Corporate Leadership Award.
Our goals are simple:
- to create added value for our customers through best-in-class performance in safety, health and environmental (SH&E) protection. We place the safety and well-being of our employees and subcontractors first.
- to embody honesty and integrity in the pursuit of our vision.
The path to achieve these goals includes work planning, hazard analysis, and hazard control. We seek active employee and subcontractor participation while integrating the customer's requirements and expectations. We hold ourselves responsible and accountable for SH&E performance within Danos & Curole. To create added value, we have created many management and feedback systems that permit us to measure progress while rewarding superior performance.
Finally, we exploit opportunities for SH&E improvement and seek to continuously improve our programs. Safety excellence doesn't just happen; it requires commitment from everyone, from the field to upper management.
