in the management of human resources. This includes gathering

objective assistance and guidance on employee-related problems.
The HR Department also provides service and control to the
organization, its employees, and the public. Services include
managing and administering the companys benefit plans,
maintaining compliance with regulatory agencies, and providing
support for employees. Control involves reviewing and measuring
performance to monitor how well supervisors and employees
are meeting the objectives and needs of the organization.
It also includes developing, communicating, and implementing
organizational policies, procedures, and rules.
