WOW for Brent Chiasson

At a brief ceremony held in the Marine office kitchen Tuesday October 1st, Brent Chiasson was presented the Danos & Curole WOW by Al Danos & Michael Guidry. Brent was recognized by his supervisors for demonstrating leadership in encouraging participation by Marine department personnel in the recent Leadership & Coaching Workshop. Vernon Chagnard in his compliments leading to this award stated, “I feel this action contributes heavily to our strategic plan in several areas those being: Safety, Turnover, Development, Profit and Production.”

In his presentation Al Danos emphasized that Brent is being presented the Danos & Curole WOW for his “tenacity” in achieving the best attendance results in coordinating personnel who attended the Leadership & Coaching Workshop held in August. Of the Personnel Coordinators and Account Managers, Brent had the greatest number of employees attending, the most consistent number of employees attending each of the five Workshops and the greatest percentage of employees in attendance as compared to those originally scheduled.
