WOW for Rona Delatte

At the Leadership Workshop on August 27, 2002, Al Danos presented the Danos & Curole WOW Certificate to Rona Delatte, our Warehouse Supervisor at LOOP in Galliano. This recognition is bestowed upon Rona for achievement in the area of Customer Service. At the time of the presentation Rona was attending the Leadership Workshop with over 40 of her peers, other Danos & Curole Supervisors. Rona received a roaring round of applauds from those in attendance.

Rona Delatte is being presented the Danos & Curole WOW for the following achievements:

• Since assuming the role of Danos & Curole’s Warehouse Supervisor at LOOP 4 weeks ago she has exceeded customer expectations with regard to customer service & leadership
  
• Rona has demonstrated an understanding of the need to become aligned with Danos & Curole’s commitment to customer service.
  
• Rona’s actions in her new role has inspired others within her department with increased open communication with each other demonstrating the qualities of excellent team work.
