Employee Referral Program
Some of our best hires have come from current employees referring someone they know.
At D&C, employees are encouraged to refer qualified candidates to our staffing group.
If a successful hiring event takes place, a generous referral fee will be paid to that employee.
There are no limits to the number of referrals that can be sent for consideration or referral fees that can be received.
