Danos & Curole also participates in a discretionary Profit Sharing benefit. Distribution of profit sharing is based on individual salaries. Employees are eligible for profit sharing in the year after they have been employed for 2 months. All employees who work at least 1000 hours in that year receive a portion of the profit allocation.
