DEVELOP Operator Training Program

Danos & Curole has designed and implemented an operator training program called DEVELOP. The DEVELOP Program was created to bring more people through an organized, systematic production operator training process. DEVELOP is a multi-phase program that combines classroom training, self-study, and exposure to offshore production operations. During the structured training program, employees are evaluated for performance and training needs by a training manager or professional instructor. There are five levels in the development cycle, each targeted by eighteen-month training intervals and requiring successful completion of class room training, self study and skill check points in order to advance to the next level. D&C also has the added capability of back validating existing personnel. This process determines employee capability levels and the employee is inserted into the program at the appropriate DEVELOP training level.
