Advancing Coastal Resilience: Regional Leaders Visit Amelia

Last week, Danos proudly hosted a dynamic group of regional leaders at our Resilience Center of Excellence in Amelia, highlighting innovative work in coastal restoration. In collaboration with Natrx, the event spotlighted the increasing momentum behind smarter, scalable nature-based solutions for protecting our coastlines.
Coastal Operations Manager Nick LeBlanc discussed Danos’ vital role in producing and installing Cajun Coral—an engineered solution designed to combat coastal erosion and strengthen Louisiana’s natural defenses. Through our resilience and restoration efforts, Danos is helping solve critical environmental challenges not only in Louisiana but across the Gulf Coast and beyond.
We were honored to welcome key partners and stakeholders, including representatives from CCA Louisiana, Ducks Unlimited, Lafourche Parish, Terrebonne Parish, SCIA and COLAB. Together, we are working to build a more sustainable and resilient future for our communities.
