Breaking Into the Haynesville Shale

Over the last several months, there has been a lot of discussion around the recent activity in the Haynesville Shale and the opportunities that it could present to Danos. Geographically, the Haynesville Shale sits right in our own back yard. Coupled with activity and proximity, it makes sense that we would be placing a focus on this area.
Recently, Danos onshore production services took a big step towards achieving our strategic priority of winning market share in the Haynesville Shale by placing new employee, Deric Delgado, as a construction manager within BPX’s operations based in Hallsville, Texas. We have seen quite a bit of activity coming from BPX in both the Haynesville and the Permian Basin, but this will be our first employee working in the Haynesville Shale region.
This is exciting for many different reasons, but the best part of having Deric working within BPX’s Haynesville Operation is that we are officially working in the Haynesville Shale! There will be a continued focus on BPX as well, but we will be looking to expand our portfolio of clients with other operators such as Chesapeake Energy, Aethon Energy, Maverick Natural Resources, Chevron, SM Energy and XTO Energy.
