Danos Hosts Bayou SHRM D&I Best Practices Panel

Danos was thrilled to host Bayou SHRM at Danos for the Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) Best Practices in the Workplace panel discussion. “It was an honor to be a panelist for meaningful conversations about building and maintaining a diverse workforce and cultivating and supporting inclusive cultures,” said Danos Vice President of Human Resources Stacey Gisclair.

Discussions included how companies can foster work environments that welcome new ideas and provide equal access to opportunities. The conversation further explored the significance of having leaders who create a safe space where employees feel a sense of belonging and inclusion.

Attendees actively contributed and gathered examples to bring back to their respective organizations. These insights aim to positively impact the communities where we live and work as we continue our D&I journeys.
