Danos Onboarding

One of the many things I enjoy about working at Danos is our commitment to developing people.

The two young men standing with me in the above photo are Jeremy Rogers (middle) and Trevor Rebstock (right), both of whom I’ve coached through youth basketball and Trevor in high school as well. During the last month, I’ve had the opportunity to bring them onboard with Danos to further their careers. Jeremy was recently hired as a production operator who will be working on the Talos contract, and Trevor joined Danos in April as a recruiter.

Never underestimate the power of the relationships you build, no matter what point in life those relationships begin.
