A Leader at All Hours: Cameron Richard

Danos Power Generation Supervisor Cameron Richard was recently recognized for the Danos high performance culture trait of bias to action and for his servant leadership. At 1:45 am, Cameron received a phone call from a tech who needed to be in Venice, LA, at 6 am for an offshore callout job. The tech’s company truck had a dead battery and wouldn’t start. Without hesitation, Cameron went to the employee’s house, loaded up, and helped him start the company truck. He made sure the tech could safely reach his job on time.
