Leading by Example

Danos Rigger Blace Behl recently completed his short service employee (SSE) evaluation. He recognized Danos Shorebase Crane Operators Rollen Prout and Osbia “Tony” Taylor for their mentorship both professionally and personally.

Rollen and Tony exemplify Danos’ high performance culture through coaching and bias to action. Their guidance has been instrumental in helping new team members excel in the industry. Tony has been with Danos nearly 17 years and inspires those around him with his dedication and expertise. With an impressive 27 years of service to Danos, Rollen is has consistently led by example and was the 2018 Dwain “Hog” Carrell Field Employee of the Year.
