Making a Difference in Deep Water Operations

Danos Deepwater Operator Scotty Guillory was recognized Deepwater Operator James Benoit for his safety efforts.

"During our regular production operations, we had to flush a chemical pump to prime and restart it. After observing James being cautious by using extra personal protective equipment (PPE) while working with the chemical, we carefully examined the safety data sheet for the chemical and accomplished the task with no incidents, harm or leaks.

James emphasized the significance of wearing additional PPE, and I expressed gratitude for his commitment to safety and concern for our team. James has taught me that using extra patience and care is always beneficial when working with chemicals. It is important to take extra precautions to make sure that we return home safely."
