Exceptional Inventory Management From Scaffold Crew

Operations Manager Clay Daughtery recognized Scaffold Coordinator John Buie, Warehouseman Marcos Gisclair and Logistics Operations Manager James Renfro for their exceptional inventory management throughout 2021 in the Danos scaffold yard. 

The team recently completed an annual inventory audit for the Danos scaffold material housed in Amelia, La. Each year variances for this material occur due to equipment being damaged on site, left on facilities or lost in transit. Inventory controls are a very important part of our services, and we try to maintain a maximum of 5% to 7% differential each year.  This year, our scaffold coordinators and logistics manager in Amelia completed 2021 with only a 3.8% differential in inventory. This is truly outstanding and is a well-deserved recognition.
