Systems and Processes Designed for Our People

About a year ago, Danos embarked on a journey with Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) to improve how Danos moves key information to and from our people throughout the employee lifecycle. With the goal of winning and keeping work in mind, HCM continues to assist with the process of hiring the right people, managing our workforce effectively and optimizing productivity.
While this transition hasn’t been seamless, the team continues to make strides with system utilization and integrations daily. Recently, the HR team mapped out the new hire workflow, taking time to ensure each step of the process was validated and documented. This provided opportunities to recognize potential areas of improvement to better serve both our internal and external customers.
The HR team is also developing a wide range of organizational key performance indicators (KPIs) using Oracle HCM as the tool to assist in gathering the necessary data to further evaluate productivity and things like employee turnover. Evaluating this data can help Danos adjust its strategies and practices to achieve objectives in today’s market as well as in the future.
Our goal is to utilize HCM to focus on finding talent, retaining employees and investing in the next generation of company culture to set the standard for operational excellence, customer service and care for people in our industry.
