As part of the 2021 Danos strategic priority of Employee Experience, the Danos HR team is reaching out to employees and opening new communication channels to learn more about what it means to work at Danos.

Stay Interviews

When an employee reaches a Danos work anniversary date, they will receive a phone call from a Human Resources representative to discuss their experience as a Danos employee. This is called a “stay interview” where our goal is to learn more about why you stay working at Danos. We want to know what is most important for you to experience as a Danos employee and if there are any areas that we can improve.

The HR representative will ask several questions about your overall work experience, communication on the job, and development opportunities. The findings of the stay interviews are compiled and analyzed to determine trends and patterns of things Danos is doing well that should continue and areas for improvement that require attention. If any concerns are shared that need to be addressed immediately, an HR representative will facilitate that process.

Streamlined HR Communication

If you have information that you would like to share with Human Resources outside of the stay interview process, you may reach out to us at any time! Visit the new Danos website for several options to communicate with your Human Resources team.

Those options include:

  • General HR questions – address, email, phone number changes, verification of employment, letters, benefits, etc.
  • Resource questions – Submit question to the Human Resources department about available resources to assist you with well-being, emotional, or financial needs you or a dependent may have.
  • HR reporting line – Communicate with the Danos Human Resources team either anonymously or with a contact if you witness anyone in the workplace who has acted in a way that is not consistent with the Danos purpose and values.
