Welcome Daryl Langlois

In March 2021, Danos welcomed Senior Account Manager Daryl Langlois back to the team after a 15-year hiatus.

A Houma, Louisiana, native and Vandebilt Catholic High School alumnus, Daryl attended Nicholls State University and graduated in 1992 from the College of Business Administration with a Bachelor of Science degree focusing on finance. Throughout his time at Nicholls, Daryl worked at K-Mart and continued in a managerial role after graduation. He later worked at medical supply company Positive Air in a sales roll and then for Norwest Financial as a credit manager.

Daryl began his oil and gas career in 1998 when he joined Danos as a personnel coordinator. He stayed with the company until 2006. In that time, he served as senior personnel coordinator and account manager working from the Morgan City, Larose and Lafayette offices. Then, he was account manager for Newfield, W&T Offshore, Chevron Offshore, and Chevron Dock ICY.

Currently, Daryl works on the Arena account and is taking care of many of the same clients he worked with over twenty years ago.

“I’m glad to be back with Danos, where there are personal relationships, and the owners are so engaged,” says Daryl. “And it's nice to have the support of a great team. It feels like I’m back home again.”

Daryl lives in Broussard with his wife Liz and 11-year-old stepson Kip. In his free time, you can find him deer hunting in Mississippi, playing golf, or spending time with family at Kip’s baseball and soccer games.
